1. はじめに

TimeBook（以下「本サービス」）は、https://timebook.jp にて提供する日程調整・予約管理サービスです。 本プライバシーポリシーは、本サービスが収集する情報とその利用方法についてご説明します。

2. 収集する情報

  • Googleアカウント情報（名前、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像）
  • Googleカレンダーの予定情報（空き時間の確認・イベント作成のため）
  • Zoomアカウント情報（ミーティング自動作成のため）
  • 予約情報（日時、参加者情報、フォーム回答）
  • アップロードされた録画ファイル（Google Driveに保存）

3. 情報の利用目的

  • 日程調整・予約管理サービスの提供
  • Googleカレンダーとの空き時間同期およびイベント自動作成
  • Zoomミーティングの自動作成
  • 予約確認・リマインダーメールの送信
  • サービスの改善および不正利用の防止

4. Google APIの利用

本サービスはGoogle APIを利用してGoogleカレンダーと連携します。 Google APIを通じて取得した情報は、本サービスの機能提供のみに使用し、GoogleのAPIサービスユーザーデータポリシー（Limited Use要件を含む）に準拠します。

Google APIから取得したデータ（生データ・集計データを問わず）を、汎用的なAI/機械学習モデルの開発・改善・学習に使用することはありません。 また、Googleカレンダーとの連携は、Googleアカウントの権限設定ページまたは本サービスの連携設定画面からいつでも解除できます。連携を解除すると、本サービスが保持するアクセストークンは無効化・削除されます。

5. 情報の第三者提供

取得した個人情報は、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。 ただし、以下のサービスをサービス提供のために利用しています。

  • Google（カレンダー連携・Drive保存・Meet URL生成）
  • Zoom（ミーティング自動作成）
  • Neon（データベース）
  • Vercel（ホスティング）
  • Resend（メール送信）

6. データの保管と削除

  • アカウント情報・予約情報は、アカウントが有効な間保管します
  • Googleカレンダーの予定情報は空き時間計算のためにリアルタイムで参照し、予定の本文をデータベースに恒久保存することはありません
  • Google連携を解除した場合、関連するアクセストークン・リフレッシュトークンは速やかに削除されます
  • アカウント削除のご依頼から30日以内に、関連する個人情報を削除します（法令上保管が必要な情報を除く）

7. セキュリティ

個人情報の保護のため、以下の対策を実施しています。 ただし、インターネット上での完全なセキュリティを保証することはできません。

  • 通信のSSL/TLS暗号化
  • Google認証トークンを含むデータベースの保存時暗号化（encryption at rest）
  • 認証・認可によるアクセス制御（ユーザーは自身のデータのみアクセス可能）
  • 本番データへのアクセスを必要最小限の管理者に制限

1. Introduction

TimeBook (the "Service") is an appointment scheduling and booking management service available at https://timebook.jp. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

  • Google account information (name, email address, profile photo)
  • Google Calendar data (to check availability and create events)
  • Zoom account information (to automatically create meetings)
  • Booking information (date/time, attendee details, form responses)
  • Uploaded recording files (stored in Google Drive)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing appointment scheduling and booking management services
  • Syncing availability with Google Calendar and auto-creating calendar events
  • Automatically creating Zoom meetings upon booking confirmation
  • Sending booking confirmation and reminder emails
  • Improving the Service and preventing fraudulent use

4. Use of Google APIs

The Service uses Google APIs to integrate with Google Calendar. Information obtained through Google APIs is used solely for providing the Service's features and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use any data obtained through Google APIs (whether raw or aggregated/anonymized) to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models. You can revoke the Service's access to your Google Calendar at any time via your Google Account permissions page or from the integration settings within the Service. Upon revocation, the access tokens held by the Service are invalidated and deleted.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

  • Google (Calendar integration, Drive storage, Meet URL generation)
  • Zoom (automatic meeting creation)
  • Neon (database hosting)
  • Vercel (application hosting)
  • Resend (email delivery)

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Account and booking information is retained while your account remains active
  • Google Calendar event data is accessed in real time to compute availability; event contents are not permanently stored in our database
  • When you disconnect your Google integration, the associated access and refresh tokens are promptly deleted
  • Upon an account deletion request, we delete associated personal information within 30 days (except where retention is required by law)

7. Security

We implement the following measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all communications
  • Encryption at rest for our database, including Google authentication tokens
  • Authentication and authorization controls (users can only access their own data)
  • Production data access restricted to a minimal set of administrators
